1. Create a custom portal theme
add vpn portaltheme <portal_theme_name> -basetheme RfWebUI
2.Edit /var/netscaler/logon/themes/<portal_theme>/tmindex.html and change "Netscaler AAA" in the following line to what you want.

The following is an example after our changes.

3.From GUI, navigate to Citrix Gateway-> Portal Themes, edit the custom portal theme and change the Language to what you want, save the config. In this example, we change it to Chinese(Traditional).
4.Edit the custom portal theme again and change the content of "Page Title" to what you want. The changes will be saved to /var/netscaler/logon/themes/<portal_them_name>/strings-<languague>.json. For example,if we choose Chinese(Tranditional) as language in Step 3, the changes will be saved to /var/netscaler/logon/themes/<portal_them_name>/strings-zh-TW.json.
5. Clear NetScaler cache with the following command, and verify the changes by accessing the gateway logon page after clearing the client browser's cache.
flush cache contentGroup ALL
Note: We did two changes for two files. This is because the page title will firstly be displayed as what we have in /var/netscaler/logon/themes/<portal_theme>/tmindex.html and later it will be displayed as what we have in /var/netscaler/logon/themes/<portal_them_name>/strings-<languague>.json
