After installing CWA for Windows 2503.10 in a specific Windows 10 client, BSOD continuously occurs pointing to App Protection driver Ctxapinject.sys.
Bugcheck 0x5a (CRITICAL_SERVICE_FAILED) was triggered because Windows kernel ran into error “Driver Entry Point Not Found” when attempting to load app protection driver ctxapinject.sys, even though the driver itself was installed with good file validity and integrity.
The issue is only observed in the legacy Windows 10 build 1809 and closely related with Windows kernel.
The issue is addressed by upgrading Windows 10 OS to the latest build.
