If your Citrix clipboard policies block certain formats (Example: File Format), copying such an item on your computer or from any session connected via that same client will immediately clear your client clipboard. This means you won't be able to paste it anywhere, even outside your Citrix session.

When a Copy is performed on the Client with no clipboard formats that are supported or allowed by policy on the VDA, it can result in the Client clipboard being immediately cleared.

The issue is identified to require a code fix and the same will be included in CWA 2507 release
