A specific machine or machines are configured within uberAgent to collect Citrix Cloud metrics.  However, review of the uberAgent logs on that machine (C:\Windows\Temp\uberAgent.log) show that it is not collecting these metrics, with lines similar to the following being visible:

• 2025-06-13 09:29:44.998 -400,INFO ,DOMAIN,ServerName$,6644,ScheduleTimers,Starting timer #5: Timer <Citrix site - default> ...
• 2025-06-13 09:29:44.998 -400,INFO ,DOMAIN,ServerName$,6644,ValidateAndPrepareTimer,Timer #5 <Citrix site - default> Citrix DC metrics are configured for this timer, but will not be collected on this machine due to configuration settings.
• 2025-06-13 09:29:44.998 -400,INFO ,DOMAIN,ServerName$,6644,ScheduleTimers,Timer <Citrix site - default> has no metrics to collect on this machine, stopping now.

Server FQDNs are not supported for use in the CollectCitrixCloudInformationMachines field.

Ensure that the server name(s) provided in the CollectCitrixCloudInformationMachines field are in short name/hostname format.

The short name, or hostname, must be used in the CollectCitrixCloudInformationMachines field.
