This issue specifically affects LITE (single-tenant) customers who are exclusively on-premise and do not use DaaS services directly. In this scenario, the customer's license server reports back to your CSP tenant using a .lic file containing their CSP license.
Important Note: For DaaS single-tenant customers, you typically need to add DaaS as a "managed service" under the CSP "Customer Dashboard." However, this step is NOT required for on-premise-only single-tenant customers, which is the focus of this particular issue.
The reported issue is resolved by disabling the 'Adblock Plus' browser extension while attempting to link the on-premise customer. This includes trying the process in incognito mode to ensure no other extensions interfere.
If you are experiencing this issue, please try disabling any ad-blocking browser extensions (especially Adblock Plus) and attempt to link the customer again, ideally in an incognito or private Browse window.
You encounter an error message, "We are currently experiencing an issue. Please try again later," when attempting to link a new single-tenant on-premise-only customer to your Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) account in Citrix DaaS. This prevents you from assigning CSP licenses to the new customer via the "Managing link to customer" option
