Description
You may fresh install a NetScaler ADM instance, logon to Console to configure IP. Then you are able to logon to GUI, change password.
However, if you perform another hard reboot, you are unable to Console / SSH to the ADM shell any more. Both nsroot / nsrecover login show error: Login incorrect.
Cause
Initial setup script `deployment_type.py` was not executed.
Resolution
Remember to execute `deployment_type.py` during installation. Following: Installation guideline.
