Citrix Provisioning - Farm creation fails because of invalid SSL certificate

Description
ConfigWizard.log file located in C:\ProgramData\Citrix\Provisioning Services\Log folder shows the issue with certificate binding:
Cause
No Private Key available.
No Permissions to access the private key.
Resolution
Check certificate which you would like to use with Citrix Provisioning.
On the PVS Machine:
- Open MMC and add Certificates snap-in (Local Computer).
- Select Personal > Certificates
- Select server certificate
- Right click > All Tasks > Manage Private Keys..
- Review permissions and modify if required.
By default SYSTEM and Administrators should have access.
If the Manage Private Keys option is not there - create / import a new certificate with the private key.
Issue/Introduction
When admin tries to create a new farm using Citrix Provisioning Configuration Wizard; the error occurs and the configuration fails.
The same issue can occur when trying to add a new server to the existing farm.
