PVS Target Device create failure with error cannot create DBM disk

Description
Customer created 10 Target Devices with "XenDesktop Setup Wizard", every time only 6 devices could be created succeeded.
VMs are all created on the Hypervior, but there is no BDM and WriteCache Disks of failure VMs.
In the PVS traces it said "Cannot find the Storage, BDM disk creation failed".
Cause
Some storages' display name are changed, this change cannot be synchronized to the records of DDC hosting.
When PVS is using the "XenDesktop Setup Wizard", PVS Server still gets the old storage name from DDC, so it cannot find the correct storage, which eventually leads to the failure of TD creation.
Resolution

- Change the name of the shared storage back.

- Create a new resource under existing hosting connection, then depoly PVS Target Device with the new created resource.
Issue/Introduction
