Description

SSO is failing on iOS devices with SecureMail 19.1 , the same works on android. 
 

In secure Mail username password and server are filled.
it fails user need to re type my password.
The Second time retype password it does complete installation and i can see my email.

Resolution

The issue is addressed in SecureMail 19.1.5 . 

You can test with EAR - if you dont have access for the same , in order to get access to the EAR files you need to register to the test flight . You can get access for the same here: https://testflight.apple.com/join/PpQOkIfN . 

 

Problem Cause

in the device logs we can clearly see 
From non-working logs observed that, SM  auto discovery with url https://autodiscover.xyz.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml is failing due to authentication failed
 
  • Starting app in ftu mode
