Description

Customer try to use "keyboard layout sync" function in there iPhone, but they find there is no setting option of "keyboard layout sync" function.

Cause

Accessed the keyboard settings through the gear icon on the on-screen keyboard.

Per the latest code if by the path above, "Keyboard layout Sync" and "External Keyboard Input Mode" will not be shown by design.

Resolution

"Keyboard layout Sync" and "External Keyboard Input Mode" will be shown from the following path: CWA for IOS - Settings - Keyboard Options
