A User's Session may freeze for around 5-10 Seconds while participating in a Teams call with multiple participants with Simulcast enabled.
The session will show no issues after rejoining the call after the initial freeze.

Versions of CWA above 2405 use a newer API to enable better handling of simulcast, but older versions of CWA may not be able to handle the increased demands of the feature which was causing the endpoints to hang.
