Description

Unable to connect the printer from user end. Session printers are not mapped with following event in the Application event log:

Event id: 1105

Cloud not add printer connection to printer (\\<Printerservername>\<Printername>)), for the user (username). Error condition is: (The Printer name is invalid.)

Resolution

Please reduce the characters in Printer name to 31 characters

Problem Cause

This is caused if Printer name exceeds 31 characters
