Users may experience a session freezing issue while working on the ICA session to Remote PC. They may also see black screen on the console of the Remote PC with unresponsive keyboard and mouse after disconnecting from the ICA connection. The machine can be recovered only by rebooting the Remote PC.
Upgrading to the latest Intel driver or reverting the driver to a previous version will resolve the freezing issue for CWA for Windows clients. As of this writing Intel Graphics driver v31.0.101.5333 is the non-working version. Downgrading the driver to v31.0.101.4255 or upgrading the driver to version 32.0.101.6651 or higher would resolve the problem.
Suspected bug with Intel driver
