If you need to update your company’s name or address in your Citrix account, follow the steps below. The process differs slightly depending on the type of change and your account type (Enterprise, Outsourced/Arrow, or Partner-managed).


Instructions

Update Company Name

To request a company name change:

  1. Submit the Request Form
    An unrestricted contact (Admin) must be the POC in the official Citrix Company Name Change form:

  2. Attach Required Legal Documentation
    Upload all necessary legal documents as outlined in the form. Submissions 

  3. Initiate Support Request
    After submitting the form, you can request support through our Live interaction either connecting to a Live Chat advisor or by submitting a case through Live interaction


Update Company Address

To request a Company address change:

  1. Initiate Support Request
    Customers can request an address update by contacting Citrix support via:

    In your request, ensure the following details are provided. The request must be approved by an unrestricted MyAccount Admin:

    • Detailed explanation of the request

    • New Company Address

    • Old Company Address

    • Customer Email Address

    • Contact Phone Number

    • Unrestricted Contact’s Full Name

    • Account Org ID

    • Company Name


Processing Time

Once the request and supporting information are validated, changes are typically completed within 5 business days.
