For any questions regarding pricing quotes, pricing details, or renewal information, customers should reach out directly to the Account Owner.
Note: Only users with admin access or those designated as a Renewal Contact will be able to view these options.
Log in to your Citrix account at Citrix.com.
On the left-hand panel of the homepage, click "Renew and Manage Maintenance Programs."
Select "Launch Citrix Quoting."
In the quoting interface, locate the "Account Executive" section.
Use the email address listed there to reach out to the Account Owner for assistance.
