WEM External task not working when "run script " selected

Description
External task configured using below option for "run script"
In the WEM logs we could see below error
12:14:13 PM Warning -> VuemExternalTaskExecutor.ExecuteExternalTask() : External Task -> Create User Cache Folder (Id:3) -> Unable to validate target file existence...
12:14:13 PM Exception -> VuemExternalTaskExecutor.ExecuteAssociatedTaskMethod() : Cannot start process because a file name has not been provided.
12:14:13 PM Exception -> VuemExternalTaskController.ProcessSingleEntityTask() : Error while processing External Task: Create User Cache Folder for Item: Everyone (S-1-1-0)
Resolution
This issue is resolved in WEM agent version 2502 (and later) for both cloud and on-premises deployments. Upgrading to this version and recreating the external task resolves the problem.
Problem Cause
known issue, because the minimum version required in WEMCloud for this option(run script) is version 2502(2503.1.0.1).
On-Prem 2411 doesn't support this option.
