While accessing the studio we are having the following error "A working machine creation service could not be found "

Rebuilding these .NET performance counters fixed the issue :

For the .NET Data Provider for SqlServer: 

unlodctr ".NET Data Provider for SqlServer" lodctr C:\Windows\INF\.NET Data Provider for SqlServer\_dataperfcounters_shared12_neutral.ini

For other .NET CLR counters:

unlodctr .NETFramework lodctr C:\Windows\INF\.NETFramework\corperfmonsymbols.ini

For WF (System.Workflow) 4.0.0.0:

unlodctr "Windows Workflow Foundation 4.0.0.0"
