Description
Customer is experiencing unusual slow logon when launching a published desktop hosted on Ubuntu
It typically takes about 2 to 3 minutes to login
Resolution
Add the KDC server to the krb5.conf file
Note: This is KDC in our lab, please change it to the KDC in customers environment
Problem Cause
DNS resolution or network latency can cause delay in obtaining the KDC from DNS
Directly specifying the KDC server mitigates the issue
