Instructions

OneDrive Issue Troubleshooting Flow:

1.Initial Validation:

Confirm if OneDrive works when user profile is disabled.

If yes, proceed to step 2.

If no, continue investigating the root cause (outside of profile-related issues).

2.Check Profile Management Solution:

Is the customer using Citrix UPM (User Profile Management)?

If yes: Proceed to troubleshoot from a UPM perspective (e.g., check for exclusions, sync issues, folder redirection conflicts, etc.).

If no, check for FSLogix.

If FSLogix is in use, follow the same action plan as for UPM: disable profile container and validate.

If disabling FSLogix resolves the issue, then OneDrive is incompatible with current FSLogix configuration.

If OneDrive Works When Profile Is Disabled (UPM/FSLogix):

This confirms a profile-related issue.

If further troubleshooting doesn't resolve the issue within the UPM or FSLogix scope, advise the customer to open a support case with Microsoft, as this may be a deeper compatibility or configuration issue.
