Description
After migrating from Lync VDI Plugin RTOP 2.0 to RTOP 2.3, the overall battery usage of wireless bluetooth model Jabra Pro 930 headsets is increased by 50%.
Resolution
Known issue with HDX RTOP Media Engine 2.3
The fix is already included in HDX RTOP version 2.4 CU2 LTSR & CR version 2.6 (RTOP 2.6 is yet to be release in the month of October 2018)
