Description
Director is not showing correct number of active sessions. Number of active session in Studio console does not match with Director -> Filters ->Sessions option.
Resolution
Move the Delivery Controllers to correct Active directory OU without the hardening policy.
Note : Engage Security Administrator team to review\correct the hardening policies.
Problem Cause
BrokerMonitor Operational Event logs are empty. Due to wrong server hardening Group policy applied to Delivery Controllers, Citrix-XenDesktop-BrokerMonitor/Operational Event logs are not created.
