Make sure the version of Citrix Licensing PowerShell Snap-In is recent.

You can find installer: LicensingAdmin_PowerShellSnapin_x64.msi on the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops installation media in x64\Licensing folder.

This solution applies ONLY in the scenario where LicensingAdmin snap-ins are installed and used directly on the License Server or machine which does not have Citrix Studio or CVAD/Delivery Controller installed.
Please do NOT update PowerShell snap-ins on Delivery Controllers or machine with Studio.

PowerShell snap-in version installed on the License server was very old.
