Citrix Director does not show any 'Connection' information under 'Filters'.

There is an error displayed in Director:

"Data source unresponsive or reported an error. View Director server event logs for further information (Refer Citrix KB article CTX130320)"

You can also find an event (ID 5) logged by CItrix Director Service in the Event Logs:

"Failed to connect to data source 'Unknown error.' ('http://*/Citrix/Monitor/OData/v3').
Verify that the data source is available.
User: '*'
Console operation: 'Searching and retrieving connections…'

In some cases there is no error displayed, just the information "No Records to show".

The fix has been added to thet CVAD release 2503 (Current Release version).

For Customers who decided to use 'Independent release of Director for LTSR deployments' available with CVAD 2402 Cumulative Update 2; the fix will be included in the next independent release available with Cumulative Update 3.

Problem Cause

There is an issue with timestamp conversion in Non-US English environments.

The conversion fails on the SQL Server and the error is returned to Monitor service.

The issue occurs in environments with Citrix Monitor Service version 2411.
