Symptoms or Error
When users on Linux login to their Citrix Workspace App for Linux, they see an infinite progress screen or error instead of seeing the list of their apps and desktops.
This is applicable only for customers where the admins have

Upgraded their StoreFronts to the new Storefront LTSR 2402 CU2 version

The StoreFront has been switched to use the Modern UI experience from the Citrix Studio
Solution
Following Steps Are required by the admins to patch the impacted Storefronts
1) Download and Copy the patch PatchStoreFrontUI_2402_CU2.zip file to any folder the StoreFront Server

2) Extract the Zip.
3) Open cmd terminal in admin mode and navigate to the folder where the above scripts are extracted.

4) Find the Name of the ReceiverForWeb site that you want to patch. Example if your StoreNames are Store, WSUI, Finance etc then the corresponding Receiver for Web site names are StoreWeb, WSUIWeb, FinanceWeb. You can always find the Receiver For Web name of the from the Citrix Studio on the Site
5) run the patch_ui.cmd <Name of the Receiver For Website>
example :
c:> patch_ui.cmd StoreWeb
c:> patch_ui.cmd WSUIWeb
c:> patch_ui.cmd W2Web
Problem Cause
The Citrix workspace Linux app has some storage functions which are incompatible with the Modern UI
