The issue is often caused by an incorrect workspace URL being entered into the Workspace app. Specifically, the URL might include a path to the discovery service, which is not required and can cause conflicts.


To resolve this issue, follow these steps:

 

  1. Carefully review the workspace URL entered into the Workspace app settings.
  2. If the URL includes a path like /Citrix/Store/discovery (e.g., https://ABCD.cloud.com/Citrix/Store/discovery), remove the path.
  3. The correct format for the workspace URL should be the base URL of your Citrix Cloud workspace (e.g., https://ABCD.cloud.com/).
  4. Edit the workspace URL within the Workspace app settings to reflect the corrected URL.
  5. Attempt to log in to the Workspace app again. The "Stay Signed In" prompt should now function correctly, allowing you to select "Allow" or "Deny."
