Implement below steps -
1. Verify administrator permissions-
Ensure that the new admin accounts have been assigned the correct roles and permissions to access the DaaS Monitor
2. Remove and Re-add Admin Accounts:
If the issue persists post checking the assigned roles and permissions, remove the affected administrator account from Citrix Cloud and then re-add them with full administrator permissions. This can help reset any potential misconfigurations that occurred during the initial setup. Once invitation is received and accepted, update the permission from Full to Custom and add the roles and permissions as required.
