Description

To understand reason for certain plugin install for teams or other apps is currently unavailable along workspace configuration of Daas console

On trying to enable the "Updates and Plug-ins" options for MSTeam, WebEx or Zoom the options to enabled or disable the below are not showing or missing in the GUI

Install the plug-in silently after the end user adds the store.
Install the plug-in before the end user logs in. 


Instructions

Options can be verified along Citrix Cloud console:

Workspace Configuration > App Configuration. From the list of configured URLs, select the one for which you want to map settings, and click Configure. Under the Updates and Plug-ins section, navigate to the desired plug-in and click the expand icon to view the applicable platforms. Select the platform that you want to configure the settings for and click Edit.

 

This was expected change of option of install the plug-in after store addition or before login to be configured to move all plug-ins to post-auth with the exception of EPA.

To further explain:
For Windows, the change will be aligned with 2503 where we will wait for user to add a store and login before doing auto update check. This will allow us to get store + user context before taking a decision. This can be overridden by user if they do a manual check for updates before store addition
