When attempting to authenticate to the Cloud SDK, you see a grey screen but no option to logon.
A fixed has been created to work around the issue. Please contact Citrix Support and reference CVADHELP-27347.
The matter is still being investigated, This fix is not included in PVS 2203 LTSR CU6.
This fix release is referenced as PVS 2203 CU 6.1
There are no special considerations to upgrade PVS from this Private Fix version to any next release.
This matter is known to affect all versions of PVS 2203 LTSR, these versions specifically required IE for this authentication process, whereas this has since been changed in 2402 LTSR.
