Description
When trying to create a new Windows 11 platform layer a BSOD loop occurs during the first boot of the packaging machine. Offload Composting was enabled. The below screens are seen.
Resolution
A BitLocker policy was blocking the access
Problem Cause
The BitLocker policy had to be removed for the fixed drives and or removable drives. See the BitLocker documentation for guidance and additional details.
