Printer properties local settings grayed out after Citrix VDA server upgraded to Windows 2019 and Citrix upgraded to 2402

Please follow these steps to resolve the issue 

1. Create a system32 folder at C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\HDX\bin\

2. Copy the ctxprn64.dll file from C:\Program Files\Citrix\HDX\bin to C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\HDX\bin\system32 folder

3. Log off from the existing VDA session and launch the App or Desktop session

Problem Cause

ctxprn64.dll  is missing from  C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\HDX\bin\system32  folder which leads to  disable “local printer settings”
