Description
3D Pro ubuntu Desktop with Nvidia driver will have black screen issue if launching with ICA session.
In the hdx.log, there is the error: failed to create nvfbc handle, unable to load vulkan loader 'libvulkan.so.1' and ICD 'libGLX_nvidia.so.0' (status=17)

Cause
Nvidia driver compatibility issue as the package ”libglvnd-dev“ is not installed in the ubuntu OS.
Resolution
Install "libglvnd-dev" package first, then re-install Nvidia GPU Driver.
Issue/Introduction
