Migrating configurations to a new device --> Facing issues while performing a restore of the backup.
| We were unable to restore backup on a new NetScaler appliance.
| Please follow the below steps to restore a backup:
Navigate to System > Backup and Restore.
Click Backup/Import to start the process.
If you want to import a backup, you must select Import.
In the Restore page, verify backup file details and click Restore.
Note: Uncheck "save configuration" and then reboot the system to restore the backup.
Need to restore backup on a new NetScaler and get the traffic working.
