Description
When publishing an App Layering image with Elastic enabled, M365 may fail to be licensed. You may find the license is missing at C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Office\Licenses\5\

Caution! Using Registry Editor incorrectly can cause serious problems that might require you to reinstall your operating system. Citrix cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the incorrect use of Registry Editor can be solved. Use Registry Editor at your own risk. Be sure to back up the registry before you edit it.
Resolution
This is expected to be resolved in ELM 2409
To work around this issue, on the platform layer under HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Unirsd
Edit ExcludeKey and add the value \Registry\Machine\System\HardwareConfig
Finalize, update the image template, and republish.
Problem Cause
This is a known issue that can occur if a specific registry key is merged into the image.
