On Windows endpoints with the most recent Windows 11 24H2 update, session launches may encounter failures when the anti-keylogging feature (App Protection) is enabled. 

This issue is attributed to the changes in Windows system APIs leveraged by App Protection features. 

A fix for this issue is available with Citrix Workspace App 2405.11 and Citrix Workspace App 2402 CU1 Hotfix 1 (LTSR). These versions are available to download on the following pages -
