The Hotfix Source link in articles for Citrix Hypervisor 8.2 Cumulative Update 1 hotfixes hangs when attempting to download the hotfix source file.
This problem occurs whether or not the user is logged in to their Citrix account through the Log In link provided on support.citrix.com.
This behavior is caused by changes to support.citrix.com. We are currently investigating this issue and working on a solution.
