Collect XenServer Conversion Manager logs for analysis
To diagnose XCM issues, we must gather two sets of logs.
Set 1 : Collect the logs from XenServer Conversion Manager Appliance
1) Reproduce the issue on XCM Appliance
2) Click on Fetch All Logs
3) Store the XCM logs in desired location by providing the file name as shown below
4) Share the respective file with XenServer Support Team
Set 2: Logs inside XenServer Conversion Manager Appliance
1) Login to XenServer Conversion Manager Appliance using winscp as shown below
2) Switch the directory to /var/log and collect all the files inside the directory "/var/log/conversion"
3) Share the respective file with XenServer Support Team
