New Support Website - July 15th 2024
Support.Citrix.com is migrating to a new platform.
This is the main website for hosting public CTX knowledge articles and for customers to create and view their support cases.
This new platform will launch on July 15th 2024

All cases are prioritized based on response times.

- Customers will still authenticate in the same way they do today. There are no changes to your login or account access.
- All older hyperlinks will have redirects to the new website and content.
- Access and restrictions remain the same as they are today
- Customers must authenticate to create support cases and access downloads
- Customers must have an active support entitlement to create cases and access downloads
- The active support entitlement must cover the Service Product or Appliance for the issue you wish to open cases for.

- Public facing articles will have a new URL format
- All older links will have redirects to the new site. We do expect google to take some time to start crawling all new site links.
- New enhanced public search and minor changes to article look and feel.
- New case creation steps to showcase top content and search recommended solutions
- New case creation stages to request Immediate CallBack and LiveChat *
