Awareness for XenMobile On-premises server admins about the Android Enterprise configuration first time setup.
We have recently identified an issue during Android Enterprise configuration first time setup not finding an option to download the token and complete the setup for XenMobile On-premises environment.
This is due to the Google Better Together Enterprise (BTE) sign up page changes made by Google which has caused this issue by not sending the success message for the tool to enable the download button.
The Citrix team has found the root cause and is working towards resolution.
As a work around, after successful sign-up, open browser Developer tools [F12], click on Elements tabs and manually enable the download tile on the CEM tools html page:
Please note, this change does not affect existing XenMobile customers who have already enabled Android Enterprise. It applies solely to XenMobile On-premises configuring Android Enterprise setup for the first time.
