After upgrade from on-prem NetScaler Console (formerly ADM)  version 13.0/13.1 to build 14.1-21.60 below warning is showed (dates will differ):

Warning Text: Default NetScaler Console VIP Licenses will be reduced to 2 on [date]; Third party virtual server license capacity reduced from 30 to 2 on [date]

Resolution

This is a known cosmetic issue; you can continue to use this build without any loss of VIPs analytics functionality.

Problem Cause

Engineering has confirmed that these warnings regarding the change in VIP Licenses are indeed a cosmetic issue and not a functionality issue. On 14.1-21.60 you will have analytics available for unlimited VIPs. Engineering will be reviewing the cosmetic issue internally to correct it and it would be corrected in a future firmware release. You can check the release notes of future builds for NSADM-112755 which tracks this issue.
