In a rare case, if you check the NetScaler VPX state on SVM UI, you may see "VM State" displays "Halted" with red light. Your VPX is actually healthy and you can logon VPX NSIP successfully. Business traffic is not impacted.
Woraround: Restart svmd.
1. SSH to SDX SVM shell.
2. Execute below command:
bash-3.2# /etc/rc.d/svmd restart
Solution: Upgrade SDX (SVM) to a fix build.
SVM inventory threads are blocked and unresponsive for a long time, unable to update the latest VM state. The issue doesn't impact VPX functionality.
