Description
NITRO API endpoint is not working, the requests sent to the NSIP timeout without a response.
Resolution
- On firewall, allowed traffic to non-working NS's NSIP over port 443 from client sending API requests.
- NITRO API requests are now working from client as expected.
Problem Cause
- Captured nstcpdump on non-working NS, no traffic is seen from client sending API requests over port 443.
- Confirmed that drops are seen on firewall for API traffic between client and NSIP.
