You may observe the following issues when you're running the below version 13.1 52.x/14.1 17.x and using hundreds of admin partitions:

• All newnslog files have a very small time range, for example, 1-5 seconds.

• PE CPU will increase significantly after running for a period since NetScaler boot-up

This issue-NSHELP-36389 was addressed in the following versions:

• 13.1 52.19 and later builds
• 14.1 17.38 and later builds
