On the NetScaler GUI getting the error "Unable to complete System File Update request" while editing and saving the portal theme

Correct the RPC node password for the self IP of the device and check the issue. 

We should not be getting the error on logs and theme should be getting saved.

If the nsinternaluser login error is not occurring, then it is not the issue mentioned in this article.  

Problem Cause

Check the ns.log from /var/log directory.

We were getting the below error on the logs while saving the theme.

RPC node password was incorrect and which is making failure for nsinternaluser to login to filesystem and hence saving the theme data.
