Description
MCS machines created from DaaS studio are getting created in default computer OU, rather than the OU selected during catalog creation.
Resolution
Change the Forest Connector agent preference to Windows Agent.
The steps to change the Connector agent preference are:
Login to the Citrix Cloud -> Click Domains on home page -> Change the preference of forest to "Cloud Connector"
Problem Cause
Customer is using 2 Windows Cloud Connectors and one Connector appliance in the same Resource LocationThe Connector appliance is having come connectivity issues with AD and cannot find the computer account in the OU.
