Users connect to Remote PC Access VDA in the office. Both office PC and the client they are connecting from have identical 6 monitor configuration.
When they remote in and position their applications on specific screens and then reconnect, sometimes applications move to main screen instead of remaining in their original locations.
There was a significant rewrite of UxPersistence in Virtual Delivery Agent 2311 which addresses many of these issues. Upgrade to 2311 or newer release to obtain these fixes.
Over the course of the investigation, there were several edge cases where UxPersistence, the component of GfxMgr that is responsible for saving and restoring desktop icon and window positions on a per client basis, was not functioning as expected. Some of these were Windows with a border coordinate outside of desktop bounds or windows with complex layouts (tabs, non traditional title bars, etc)
