Description

  1. Navigate to Traffic Management > Load Balancing > Virtual Servers,
  2. Select and edit the SSL Virtual Server;
  3. Click SSL Parameters,
  4. Check SSLv3 option,
  5. Error prompt: "Enabling of SSLv3 is not supported on this platform".

Resolution

SSLv3 protocol is not supported for Intel Coleto and Intel Lewisburg SSL chip-based NetScaler platforms.

it's also not recommended to enable obsolete SSLv3 protocol for security issue.

SSLv3 protocol is not supported for Intel Coleto and Intel Lewisburg SSL chip-based platforms, please refer to edoc to confirm if appliance is using Intel SSL chip.
