Description
Devices not receiving console commands, including Secure Hub push notifications and forced policy refreshes.
Selective and full wipes are successful.
Resolution
To address this issue, follow these steps:
Update Endpoint Management to the Latest Rolling Patch:
Ensure that Endpoint Management is updated to the latest rolling patch.
Check for available updates and apply the latest rolling patch.

Problem Cause
The issue is caused by an outdated Endpoint Management version, specifically missing critical updates for Secure Hub.
Two APNS certificates must be updated annually:
MDM APNS Certificate:
This certificate, managed by the customer, is necessary for MDM tasks like enrollment and app installations.

Secure Hub APNS Certificate:
This certificate is managed by Citrix and
is crucial for Secure Hub notifications, policy updates, and performance.
The certificate is renewed annually and included in the latest rolling patch for on-premise Endpoint Management environments.
