To address this issue, follow these steps:
  1. Update Endpoint Management to the Latest Rolling Patch:

Problem Cause

The issue is caused by an outdated Endpoint Management version, specifically missing critical updates for Secure Hub.

Two APNS certificates must be updated annually:
 
MDM APNS Certificate:
  • This certificate, managed by the customer, is necessary for MDM tasks like enrollment and app installations.
  • Follow the guide at Renew an APNS Certificate for instructions on renewing the MDM APNS certificate.
Secure Hub APNS Certificate:
  • This certificate is managed by Citrix and is crucial for Secure Hub notifications, policy updates, and performance.
  • The certificate is renewed annually and included in the latest rolling patch for on-premise Endpoint Management environments.
