The below Error Event (ID 9) is logged in StoreFront servers.

Description:
An unexpected error occurred retrieving the credentials.

Resolution

  1. Ensure the StoreFront propagation is executed correctly between all StoreFront Servers.
  2. Reboot all StoreFront Servers in turn.

Problem Cause

The error indicates that there is an issue when retrieving an entry from the Credential Wallet Service.
If Citrix Credential wallet Service is not syncing across the StoreFront servers, this issue may occur.
