Description
Upload_compliance_result.xml is not created immediately after enabling automatic upload.
Resolution
Wait 24 hours and check again, if the upload does happen, the upload_compliance_result.xml file will be created.
Note: Check the followings to ensure that automatic upload is enabled and functioning properly.
1. Check that the License Management Service is enabled using the command.
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\Licensing\LS
ctx_license_management_service.exe -query
Output:

2. Ensure that a new upload_compliance_xxxxxxxx.zip file is created daily under C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\Licensing\LS\resource\usage.
Note: Check the followings to ensure that automatic upload is enabled and functioning properly.
1. Check that the License Management Service is enabled using the command.
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\Licensing\LS
ctx_license_management_service.exe -query

2. Ensure that a new upload_compliance_xxxxxxxx.zip file is created daily under C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\Licensing\LS\resource\usage.
Problem Cause
This is by design. The upload will happen at a specific time everyday, which doesn't depend on the time of automatic upload being enabled.
