WEM agent fails to install with the error "software installation prevented by policy"

1. On the machine where you are attempting to run the agent installer, open a command prompt and type gpresult /H c:\temp\gpresult.html (note that the /H is case sensitive but that the directory and filename of c:\temp\grpresult.html is for example purposes, you may choose a different directory and filename, provided the file name ends with the extension .html)
2. The above command will generate a html file detailing all group policies applied to the machine.
3. Open this html file and check there are no software restriction policies in place.
4. If there are no software restriction policies seen, this may be as a result of other security measures or products, verify there are no other restrictions that may prevent software install
